Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. Buy the parts yourself and they will be fitted. Call first with your vehicle and what you have bought so the right amount of time is set aside.
Do I need an appointment?
Calling ahead is best, especially for larger jobs, so the bay and the time are there when you arrive. For something quick, call and ask what the day looks like.
What if I cannot get there during opening hours?
There is a key drop-off box, so the vehicle can be left before opening or collected after closing. Arrange it on the phone first.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

Will I get a price before the work starts?
Yes. The fault gets identified, then you are told what it needs and what it costs before anything happens. If something else turns up mid-job, you hear about it before the work is done.
Do you work on my make of car?
The shop works across makes, from domestic trucks to European saloons. Call with your year, make and model and you will get a straight answer on whether it is a job for here.
Can you do a second opinion?
Yes, and it is common. If another shop has quoted something that feels out of proportion, or a repair did not fix the problem, bring it in.
Do you do state inspections?
No. The shop does not do Virginia safety or emissions inspections. Everything else mechanical is covered.
What payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards, cash, Venmo, Cash App and Chime.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes. 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, on the work done here.
Do you provide towing?
Not in house, but Nestor can put you in touch with towing he trusts. Call and ask before you arrange it yourself.
Can you look at a car before I buy it?
Pre-purchase inspections are part of the diagnostic work. Call ahead so time can be set aside before you go and look at the vehicle.
